The Alterview Kanban for NetSuite is a very powerful tool that enables a more efficient way of working for you and your team, regardless business function. We cover CRM, Sales, Project Management and the Support module in predefined Kanbans, but you can easily configure your very own process on any NetSuite table to support your way of working with NetSuite.

 

Configure custom processes or run predefined Kanbans!

In addition to configuring your very own processes, the Alterview Kanban for NetSuite also includes several predefined Kanbans. Use the predefined Kanbans as is or adjust them to make them fit your business requirements perfectly. New Kanbans are continuously added to the library of predefined processes, and currently contains the following:

  • Lead-Prospect-Customer:
    This predefined Kanban gives you an overview of your Lead to Customer progress, with the possibility to add Contacts, Activities and Transactions to an Entity, directly from the Kanban.

 

  • Leads:
    This Kanban lets you focus on your leads, taking them through the leads-steps to eventually convert them to prospects. Add Contacts, Activities and Transactions to a Lead directly from the Kanban.

 

  • Prospects:
    The “Prospects” Kanban gives you an overview of your prospect and in what stage they are. You can also convert your prospect to a customer by a simple drag and drop action, and add Contacts, Activities and Transactions to a Prospect directly from the Kanban.

 

  • Customer by LSA:
    This predefined Kanban makes sure your customers gets enough attention by showing your customers in columns based on Last Sales Activity (LSA). Send an email or log a task to a customer directly from the Kanban, by using one of the card actions.

 

  • Inside Sales:
    The “Inside Sales” Kanban is essential for your sales team, providing them with a list of all the phone calls scheduled for today, tomorrow or later this week. Drag and drop the cards to move a scheduled phone call to a later date and prioritize your calls using the color functions of the Kanban.

 

  • My Tasks by Priority:
    This predefined Kanban lets you work more efficiently with your tasks by visualizing your tasks in columns based on stage and priority.

 

  • My Tasks by Date:
    The “My Tasks by Date” Kanban provides you with a list of all your tasks scheduled for today, tomorrow or later this week. Drag and drop the cards in the Kanban to move a scheduled task to a later date and prioritize your tasks using the color functions of the Kanban.

 

  • Project Tasks:
    This predefined Kanban gives you an overview of your Project Tasks for selected projects, with the possibility to add Activities and Register Time to a Project Task, all directly from the Kanban.

 

  • Sales Opportunities:
    This predefined Kanban gives you an overview of your Opportunity’s progress, with the possibility to add Activities and Transactions to an Opportunity, without leaving the Kanban.

 

  • Estimates:
    Just like the Sales Opportunities Kanban, this predefined Kanban gives you an overview of your Estimate’s progress, with the possibility to add Activities and Transactions to an Estimate, without leaving the Kanban.

 

  • Support:
    This predefined Kanban gives you an overview of your Support cases, with the possibility to add Activities and Register Time to a Support case, without leaving the Kanban.

 

Customer 360

In order to enhance the user experience even more, the Alterview Kanban for NetSuite also includes the report Customer 360. The PDF report provides a snapshot of a customer, at any given moment, with information regarding sales- and activity statistics among other. The Customer 360 report is built with the Alterview Report 360, a reporting tool built for NetSuite, making it possible to aggregate data from multiple searches in a layout (available for purchase in the Store).
